Steve Young5 StarBig Steve did work for us several years ago and I was very happy about the quality and price. They just came back and did a moderate amount of work for me and my nextdoor neighbor. Once again they were great! Very careful of our property, did a good job of what we had asked for, and cleaned up very nicely at the end. We were very happy and I certainly would recommend them as a good contractor if you need tree work done, plus miscellaneous shrub pruning, etc.Friday 26th April 2024
Gregory Tomlin1 StarBig Steve's stood me up twice to conduct an estimate. So unless you're retired or work from home, use a more reliable company.
They scheduled a time to visit then called within the window to ask to reschedule for the following week. I rearranged my work schedule a second time to accommodate the company, but they did not show the second time either. When I called their office, they asked me to reschedule a third time. Holly Hurd5 StarWe’ve used Big Steve’s twice since buying our dream property last year. We have many huge trees and initially needed one dead tree removed & cleaning up several more. The 4 man crew had a bucket truck but used climbing for most of the trees. The workers were very skilled, pleasant, and respectful of our property. They’re also amazing to watch - they’re at home up in the trees. The price was very fair & Steve is a pleasure to deal with. He is a local, hands on business owner & very knowledgeable. When another tree that posed a risk didn’t look good this spring, we knew who to call. Ornella Pensyl5 StarBig Steve came out right away to address my concerns on a new home property that had invasive trees and tree shrubs destroying a custom-made $30,000 fence. Their estimate was very reasonable given that ten fence panels needed to come down and go back up after removal and five fence posts needed to be replaced due to the damage. The job took two days to include taking down two trees near the front porch. Big Steve also adjusted their schedule to remove invasive tree shrubs from the neighbor's property affecting the party fence and water and sewage exterior pipes.
