I had an issue with my husbands plot at Arlington and Mr. Jose Flores was able to remedy the situation beautifully. He was very respectful and provided amazing customer service. Luis Benitez1 StarHad my car detailed yesterday, these guy deliberately blew debris onto my vehicle as well as managed to get sticks and trash on top of my car. When I called the office to ask them if this was proper procedure, the manager said it’s not proper procedure and he would like to get my car washed. When I explained that it had been detailed and cost $120 he said “you’re not getting that out of my pocket”. Very upset that people who work for this company have no respect for other people’s personal property . I feel they need to do better, this is completely unacceptable.Tuesday 5th December 2023
